Who should attend the Sports Summit?

All Ticketmaster professional sports clients are invited. The Sports Summit is a highly collaborative conference and we encourage teams, leagues and organizations to send multiple staff members in ticketing, sales, marketing, CRM and analytics.

Do we need a promotional code or invite to attend the Sports Summit?

No, you don’t need a code or email invitation. If you’re a Ticketmaster professional sports client, you’re invited to register. If you aren’t receiving our invitations, contact your Ticketmaster representative to be added to our Sports Summit invite list.

When will you publish a full schedule with speakers?

The full schedule will be released closer to the event. Stay tuned!

What is the recommended attire?

Show your team pride by wearing a team shirt! Otherwise the conference attire is business casual. Note: While June weather is warm in Hollywood, we recommend being prepared for temperature-controlled rooms.

How do I modify or cancel my registration?

You can make changes to your agenda or registration status any time by going to the registration page and clicking “modify registration.”

Is there a cost or registration fee?

There is no registration fee—our sessions, meals and social mixers are complimentary to you! You are only responsible for hotel and travel costs.

How do I make hotel reservations?

You are responsible for reserving your own hotel room at the Loews Hollywood Hotel before Friday, June 3. Plan on arriving Monday night, June 27, and departing Thursday morning, June 30.  Click to go to the Loews Hollywood Hotel booking site.
